A Legend is Born!

A couple months ago I recruited a friend of mine to accompany me for the creation of Certainty, the newest TWBAOnline mascot, since I didn’t think I could brave Build A Bear alone. I am thrilled that Commander Blue and TWBAOnline inspired the birth of Luciano Pavoturkey.

Luciano’s is going to bring the world of opera down to earth and enjoyable for everyone.

I was thrilled to be there to witness the birth of the world’s first opera turkey!

It is fun to see people’s creativity come alive! I can’t wait to see the reaction of the opera stars in Italy to Luciano.

After a year of trying to get United to remedy his claim of a broken guitar, Dave Carroll, finally brought his frustrations to the world in this YouTube music video: United Breaks Guitars.

Just 2 days after the post, United finally opened talks to try to rectify the situation! Great example of how powerful social media can be and how important it is to create a good customer experience.

Do You Have Certainty?

I had the rare joy of relaxing with my family a couple of weeks ago and my mom gave me a wonderful bit of insight that inspired the name of my new TWBAOnline mascot. My life and dreams have always centered around change; I embrace it, need it and thrive on it, because I love learning and experiencing new things. This is also a key in internet marketing, as it is a field that is continually evolving and quickly. So my mother suggested my new mascot be named Certainty, “because the only thing certain in life is change.”

So mom, thank you for reminding me of that and here is a video for you from the guys of TWBAOnline welcoming Certainty into the group.

After Jay Turner and Barbara Grassey spoke at TBREIA Brandon, I wanted to get a tip from the famous…infamous?…Jay Turner about the importance of internet marketing. He provided some interesting information, as I can always count on him to do. Yet is was his last statement before I turned the camera off, that caught me off guard and made me laugh. Thanks for loving me anyway!

P.S. Don’t take yourself too seriously! Life is so much more fun if you roll with it and can laugh at yourself.
