]]> After a year of trying to get United to remedy his claim of a broken guitar,  Dave Carroll, finally brought his frustrations to the world in this YouTube music video: United Breaks Guitars.

Just 2 days after the post, United finally opened talks to try to rectify the situation! Great example of how powerful social media can be and how important it is to create a good customer experience.
